888 Holdings has formally integrated William Hill’s non-US operations following a successful acquisition of the bookmaking powerhouse’s international division.

This merger brings together William Hill and Mr Green under the 888 brand. As anticipated with a transaction of this magnitude, several leadership adjustments have been unveiled as part of the reorganization.

Last week, William Hill’s Chief Executive, Ulrik Bengtsson, revealed his exit. He is joined by CFO Eric Hageman, with 888 characterizing their departures as part of an “operational simplification.”

However, it’s not a total overhaul at William Hill. Mark Skinner, who came onboard in 2021 as Chief People Officer after holding numerous senior human resources positions, will remain.

Joining him is Satty Bhens, William Hill’s Chief Product and Technology Officer since 2019. Both will maintain their existing roles.

As expected, 888’s present CEO, Itai Pazner, will helm the expanded group. He’ll have the backing of other seasoned 888 executives, including CFO Yariv Dafna and COO Guy Cohen.

Moving forward, 888 intends to publish its mid-year results in August, marking the first time their financial reports will be in British Pounds.

“The finalization of our transformative union with William Hill is a pleasure to declare,” remarked Pazner.

Weve assembled an exceptional leadership group that merges the finest aspects of both organizations. Moving forward, we’ll be integrating our outstanding products and material, all driven by state-of-the-art technology and our globally recognized brand. This will be revolutionary.”

“A massive thank you to Ulrik and Eric for all they accomplished at William Hill. We extend our best wishes for their future endeavors.”
